I tried another company before I called SERVPRO, and the difference in customer service was astounding. The other company was going to charge me over $100 just to do an estimate, was unhelpful over the phone, and made it seem like my business was a chore. SERVPRO was outstanding from the moment I first called. They were professional, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. They even volunteered to talk with our insurance company (who had already denied the claim) and were able to get our claim covered!
